I have one every morning and sometimes one in the afternoon and it gives me energy all day without the jitters. The 1st time I drank Matcha green tea powder I actually vomited so knew I could drink it as a tea so have since added it to my smoothie each day and no side effects. Now I'll wait and see the results of this great product.
